Worst Service , OLD food

I am a regular when it comes to coffee but their food is not up to standard, and neither is their staff. @ 10:30 , the store ahs been open for over and hour and a half already, i request a chicken mayo toastie, get told to go look in the fridge. The one in the fridge is hard and old, im sure one could bounce it off the floor. I asked if they could make me a fresh one, I was told its that one or nothing. They dont have chciken mayo mix to make a fresh one. With this said, you can see checkers from the store, ie in walking distance probably 200 m away. But that is the staff for you, if there isn't anything , then sorry for you they will not bother to make it for you. This is not the first time I have had this issue. They are obviously making millions in a month to show clients away on a regular basis. 3 Staff members just standing looking at each other with nothing to do, but making a fresh sandwich is too much to ask.
