What has happened Vida e?

What has happened to Vida e? Remember when they opened with their Obrigado and jokes and fantastic customer service? Have had 2 terrible experiences in one week. At both Gardens Centre branch and Fores**** branch not a single hello. Milk burnt on both occasions (didn't they always use to measure the tperature with a thermometer?) Zero customer care. At the fores**** I watched every single customer having to call to get someone's attention. The tables were full of leftover cups and packets. No machine was being wiped after use and and and... What a disappointment. Unfortunately the experience of a shop is everything. I will go back because I love the brand but not for long if the decline continues
