Visa E Caffe Rynfield Square

I placed an order at the new Vida E Caffe in Rynfield on Sunday 08th December 2024 for a Toastee(Egg, Bacon & Cheese) and said that I would collect after my shopping. I went back to the store 45 minutes later and was told that my order was still not ready and it was not even full, there were only 3 people there. My order finally came and when I got home, my Toastee had only egg and tomato on it, I couldn't even go back to complain because home is an hour away. I tried calling them to no avail.
