Vida E Caffe on Marlboro - DO NOT GO THERE

I have been buying my daily cappuccino from Vida E for years now but after the experience I have had of late at the Vida E Caffe at Shell Garage in Marlboro on 5th I will most certainly not be supporting you anymore and will take my business elsewhere.

First on more then one occasion there is never any almond milk, soy milk and to top it off the coconut milk is off!!! So my choices are... Milk? I am lactose intolerant and cannot drink milk! Further to this, I have to continuously ask for them to top up my coffee because it is always half full. There are never any complimentary chocolates or custard pastries to buy and when I do request this, the response I get is that head office simply doesn't supply them with this.

I have been going to this particular Vida E Caffe every day for over a month now as my work is close by but I will rather travel to a Seattle Coffee where the service is better and they at least stock of everything. Bad service and badly managed!
