Vida E Caffé Constantia Office Park - RUDE & PATHETIC!!!!

<p>I love Vida E Caffé! Love their coffee, croissants, everything. I am there atleast 2-5 times a week. The staff is never friendly but I was okey with it. But this morning at 06:35 I requested a Single Mucho Cuppacino and a Mucha Caramal Latté. When i got my bill that I needed to pay for, there were two cuppacino's (both small) listed and almond milk and a chocolate croissant. I clearly asked the guy twice for my order and I even showed him the cup size with my finger of the size I want (check the cctv footage). When I confronted the guy he was rude to me immediately telling me that this is what I ordered and that i said to him that I want Small and then the other women also went at me. I asked them to please change the order or else I will leave the order, they then said something in their own language and I just left it as I think it is utterly RUDE!! I think this is unacceptable behaviour and on numerous occasions have they been rude and I think it is very unprofessional if a client ask you to please change it and you have a go at the client. Not only do they lose a client, but Vida E Caffé loses the client because of people like them. I am really not impressed with the type of service I got this morning, considering I support them on a weekly basis. I have seen them not paying attention to clients waiting to be served on numerous occasions, the employees seeing the clients in front but not coming out te serve them, always being rude on unfriendly. This is really not a nice place going to if this is the people working there and the type of service you get. absolutely disgusted!!</p>
