Vida e Caffè - App disaster (Loyalty Points)

Vida App - paying with loyalty points. After repeated emails to your tech support (as per your app) I still can't pay for my coffee with my loyalty points. Seems very convenient - !? Overpriced coffee, but please don't pay with your loyalty points.
