Vida e caffe 3 arts village, Plumstead Cape Town

On 20th Feb 2024, 14 year old went to order and asked for 3 Lotus Biscoff. The servers showed her the biscoff biscuits and she said no she doesnt want biscuits. They then made Lotus biscoff lattes. I then went back in with her and said this is not what we want, we want the frioshake. The manager was at the til and just stared blankly. He then said sorry I wasn't listening to you!!! If that is not appalling customer service then I don't know. When I then wanted to speak, the manager didn't even give me a chance to finish what I was saying, he kept interupting me saying no! No! She (a 14 year old) was wrong. Not even letting me speak and say what I want to say. I then said can you let me finish and no, she was not wrong. As someone who works there, it is your responsibility to ask if you notice someone just say "Lotus Biscoff" do you mean the latte or do you mean the frioshake. He then continued to argue further! I had to eventually say I am done with this conversation, I just want my order. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed in my experience at vida 3 arts plumstead and never going there again. Poor child was traumatized.
