Vida E Café: Non Compliance of COVID-19 protocols

Vida E Café, Horizon Bay, Blouberg Beach: This morning after writing a complaint to Vida E Café about the non conformance of COVID-19 protocols from all three employees, I was sent a message in FB Messenger that I'll get contacted once I provide my contact information. It's been more than 7 hours and I've not been contacted, so here I am warning everyone against going to the above mentioned Vida E Café because the employees just blatantly disregarded the protocols and measures to avoid the spread of COVID-19. All three employees did NOT wear their masks as prescribed (one didn't even wear a mask). We had to tell them twice to conform to protocols. Non of them sanitized their hands or surfaces for the time we stood waiting. Touching everything and anything before picking up the lids and placing it on the cups. Fingers all over the mouthpiece. Their actions were disgusting and the barista even mumbled something to us while eventually putting the mask on correctly.
