Vida-Cafe unable to honour voucher-Disappointing!

I went to redeem a Vitality Active Reward voucher at Vida Cafe yesterday, 29 NOvember 2015. The vitality active reward voucher expires on 2 December 2015. However, when going to place my order at the Vida Cafe in Sandton, I was told that I cannot use the voucher as the machines are offine for 5 days now. I am terribly dissappointed about this matter as it is either Vida cafe that is shying away from their responsibility to honor a voucher OR it is Discovery medical aid that is dangling a carrot to the consumer to get more people onto Vitality and Discovery. I have been a Vitality member for 3 years now.<br> <br> Please advise on how do I redeem the voucher. I dont understand how something can be promised yet no way to actually redeem it.
