Useless vida e vouchers

I've tried 3 times now in a week to get my voucher ad vida e Cafe only to get told that they are offline and they can't do anything when I asked to speak to the manager so we can sort something out I only got told that he'll tell me the same. Eventually they try my voucher telling me it's hanging and I should come back another time they will give me my coffee if it goes through
