Unprofessional, uninterested and rude employee

<p>The Vida E Caffe i'm writing about is the one at the shell garage in Somerset west on the way to Lourensford. Address: 101 Hillcrest Rd, Golden Acre, Cape Town, 7130</p> <p> </p> <p>I regularly go there for quick food and coffees/lattes etc. Today 18jan17 I went to get myself a chicken mayo sandwich and a latte. I choose my chicken mayo and without looking at me not even as much as a hello or will that be all the vida empolyee hands me my receipt. I tell him that the sandwich isnt all that i want, very disintersted he looked at me so i told him i want the R50 combo for the sandwich and cappuccino. He looked at me very confused. The rest of the Vida staff knew exactly what i was talking about and to make it worse the combo is printed out on a display and was currently rotating on thier screen so I'm not sure on what planet he is on.</p> <p> </p> <p>Next, I wait for my cappuccino, after all of what happened i'm watching him make my coffee to see what he does. I'm not sure as to the amounts of flaovring you put into a small cup but the amout he put in was double of triple what i'm used to getting. I asked him politely if that is the amount that they usually put in and again he gives me this odd stare and relunctantly says yes. being a regular customer at this specific one i know how they make the coffee and also the amount you put in coffee in general. </p> <p> </p> <p>I left Vida as quick as i can to keep my temper in check. I get in the car and taste my coffee. To put it mildly it tasted like SUGAR TEA or p** water. To make it worst the syrup he used was all over my cup so as i'm driving i have to figure out to clean my sticky fingers which was NOT fun for me. By this time i'm pretty p****d. I decided not to turn back and just write this rather. I would love to speak to the owner, this is the first time i've had this experience at this vida at shell in somerset west, they've always been good to me and polite but this was **********. </p>
