Unhappy customers time and time again

My best friend and I frequently visit your Vida E Café branch just off Dean street in Newlands. We know that the Vida staff strive to always be happy and they usually have fun behind the counters. However, our visits have been quite the opposite.

On the last 4 occasions to this branch in specific, we have not enjoyed our experience at all. Upon walking in, the atmosphere is not inviting and there is no music playing in the background. Our order is usually two Red Cappuccino’s with almond milk. On each of these 4 occasions, we have never once been greeted by the staff behind the counter. The man who helped us mumbled his speech and upon asking him to please repeat what he has said, he snapped his response back to us. Once our order was ready, it was placed on the counter without letting us know or without thanking us for visiting. We then had to kindly please ask whether we could have two Vida chocolates which we have grown to love and expect with each order. To this, the staff sighed at us and rummaged around the store to find chocolates which were then given to us without a word.

As customers, our experience has been nothing but unpleasant. We feel as if we are inconveniencing the staff each time that we visit this store. We continue to visit this specific store as we live in the area and we have hopes that our experience is improved each time. However, each experience has been equally disappointing, almost to the stage where we will drive out of our way to visit another Vida branch.
