Unable to redeem vitality rewards

Good day, Kindly note that according to vitality we should be able to use the vitality active rewards wi-code at any vida e café excluding airport stores. We have however been unable to redeem the wi-code to get a hot drink at many of the shell vida e cafes that we have been to. I remember that initially the shell vida e cafes were excluded, but this was changed. Why can we not redeem the wi-codes at Vida E Cafés at shell stores? Please look into the matter, as we would really like to be able to use the benefit we receive. Staff members from Vida E Cafes were also unable to tell us why they are unable to redeem the wi-codes for us. We previously complained about this matter directly to Vida E Café. Our first complain was in April 2017 and another complaint was sent in June 2017, without any feedback or resolution.

We specifically are unable to redeem wi-codes at the Vida E Café on the N4 near Middelburg both ways as the employees every time say that they are not able to scan the wi-codes for us to redeem. Yesterday we were at the Vida E Café in Fairlands at the Shell Constantia Service Station. Here the employee also said that we can not redeem neither with wi-code nor by giving him the code to enter - so no redemption at all. We are not impressed on this matter and wish that we could use what we are entitled to. Please sort out the issues and get your systems up to date. Regards Jesika Hiestermann
