Theft - Chocolate reselling

Sitari branch - I buy Vida E daily because I am a massive fan - but you need a check-in at Sitari. 2years on, despite report the saga continues. They hide the chocolates, you ask for it and they say "I am selling it at my ****a @R1", "I am keeping it for a school party". "I am bunching them together to sell for Easter hampers" etc. etc. At any branch it is open in a bowl. But here you have to ask and get scolded. I was scolded today for saying "Remember the chocolate" without saying "please". Two scolded me and told me I am interrupting their chocolate sales and in their rant they had my order wrong. It is always the tall, skinny thin girl claiming the chocolates as her own stock and the shorter female and male turn a blind eye and laugh
