Terrible - Stale food

Terrible. I bought a soft pretzel stick from the Vida Caffe at Shell Garage (Century Blvd, Century City), which I did not believe was freshly made as it was hard and felt stale. I went back into the Caffe to enquire from the staff as to whether the pretzel was fresh, which they said it was and said that I just needed to toast it. I cut the pretzel in half to toast it and the bread inside was very soggy and the mozzarella cheese was not fresh & soft either - which again indicated to me that it was not freshly made. Would have made a big difference if the staff had informed me that the pretzel was in fact not fresh but they could make me a fresh one. Not impressed at all.
