Terrible service at Vida!!!

My friend and I got 2 toasties and 2 white hot chocolates... terrible!!! the hot chocolate is oily and tastes like watered down coffee creamer. The toasties taste like they've spent a couple of nights on the shelve. And lastly, customer service was horrible- there was a point where there cashier was macking on me and said he wishes I wasn't pregnant- not the most polite of things to say to a paying customer!!!
