Terrible service
The barista was extremely miserable, and additionally gave my family and I all the drinks in take away cups regardless of us sitting in the restaurant. He up-sized our drinks even though we didn't ask for that (and charged us for it). He didn't give us the complementary chocolates with our drinks, and still didn't give it to us after we had requested it. We wanted to sit outside but couldn't because the chairs and tables were covered in dust. The overall terrible attitude and awful service didn't make for a pleasant experience at all.
