Terrible quality of food

This is the second time now that I order from The Colosseum Century City Vida e caffe and my food is once again dry as hell my egg is hard my croissant is drenched in oil and my tea is ONCE AGAIN without the sachets I ordered and half way due to it spilling everywhere during delivery! why cant Vida put a second cup cover on like all the other places do???? trying to save money while you waste mine??? There arent even any serviettes that should come with my food!
