Take too long to prepare an order

I ordered coffee and a ****in from Vida E Caffe via UberEats. My order was 30 minutes late because according to the UberEats driver Vide E Caffe only started preparing my order when he walked in to collect it. Be this as it may it should not take an extra 30 minutes to prepare an order as the ****ins are already baked. Although the fault does lie with Vida E Caffe UberEats should either have better estimation times on them or make sure their drivers arrive their early so this does not happen. Or simply remove them as an option from the app.
