Stole my money!

Vida E stole my money after using a Discovery Vitality voucher which they said wasn’t working and that I had to pay with my card for the coffee. The voucher was deducted and the lady said it would be reversed as that was not true and was not reversed. I went back and complained but they just pulled up their shoulders and was very unhelpful.
