STARVED!!!

On Sunday, 19 Nov 2017 06h00, I bought a ham, cheese and tomato sandwich at Lanseria Airport. At 07h00 I called them to tell them there was no ham in the sandwich and since I was already on position (as I work at the airport) I could not come and exchange it. The gentlemen reassured me that he would bring it. At 08h00 I called again and that gentleman did not know anything about it. I am now eating a sandwich that I do not want because of poor service.
