Stale food, not listening to the customers

I purchased a roll with cheese and tomato this morning, and at the same time I ordered a short coffee.<br> I received and was charged for a large coffee, but I had no time to make the change. <br> The main cause of my complaint is that the roll was stale. What really surprised me was that this was made to order. Surely the person making the sandwich should have noticed that the roll was stale? How could they supply customers with stale food?<br> I unfortunately didn't have time to return the purchase and request fresh food.<br> I am not impressed!
