Staff not trained/ unable to work POS device

Arrogant cashier. Swiped my card twice. Unable to work the POS device. Double deduction from bank account. Feedback given the money will be reversed in 48 hrs- did not happen. Unfriendly to customers and ***********. Food AND Cappachino was not even worth it!
