Soggy and nauseating chicken wrap

First of all I'd like to say that I'm a massive Vida fan. I'm one of those very loyal customers and not one week goes buy without stopping at my nearest Vida E Caffé to grab a coffee and sometimes something to eat as well. However today I am truly disgusted. I have just bought myself a chicken, may, avo and coriander wrap for takeaway at Vida in Durbanville and I nearly vomited halfway through. I was starving however I couldn't even finish half of it before chucking it all away. The whole wrap was soggy and slimy first of all. The avo was brown (yuck) and the leaves and tomato were slimy. I simply could not get myself to finish it and ended up having rusks at home with my vida coffee. And the worst part is, it costs R50 for a takeaway wrap!!! Absolute rip-off!! I will never ever buy a wrap at Vida ever again. I would really appreciate it if a manager could get in contact with me and offer me some sort of discount or voucher as I feel I've just paid R50 for something that is not supposed to be on your shelves at all.
