So Disappointed ...

Dear Vida E Caffe<br> <br> I work at a company in Mowbray and often grab lunch at Vida E Caffe in Rondebosch. I usually have a cappuccino or a chai latte, but I felt like something cold, so the cashier suggested that I have an iced americano (can't remember the exact name). I agreed and was looking forward to having something I haven't had before. His co worker then poured a shot of espresso and took a bunch of ice cubes WITH HIS BARE HANDS and put it in the cup. Thereafter he walked over to the sink next to the till and topped it up with tap water. The sink was filthy and full of stuff. I stood there astounded as he handed me the cup - I even had to put my own lid on. I left the drink on the table where you get the sugar etc. - didn't even drink it. I was so disgusted I walked down to Kauai to grab a drink instead. Money wasted.<br> <br> Regards<br> <br> PS. To top it all off, I am quite sure the cashier saw my disappointment, but did nothing to correct it.
