Sit down turned into takeaway???

Vida E Caffe' Welgemoed didn't have great service. I asked for a coffee and a quesadilla to sit down because I needed to send some emails. They brought my coffee in a take away cup and my food in a take away brown bag. I asked if I could sit and work and they gave me takeaway items. My coffee was cold. I asked the guy if I could have it in a mug and warmed up. No plate was brought to me for my food.
