Rowdy and Unprofessional Staff at Vida E Caffe, Cape Town International Airport

Visited Vida E Caffe at Cape Town International Airport today 14 March 2020 at 16h20. Had a salmon bagel and coffee etc. The female staff were noisy, rowdy, loud and fooling around behind the counter. Spoke to the cashier asking for them to quieten down. The cashier explained that this was just the Vida E Caffe 'vibe'. They did not stop yelling and laughing at the top of their voices. I had to confront the ladies directly. They continued their laughing and banter with little concern for the noise and disturbance caused to customers. A place to be avoided, poor staff discipline and unprofessional.
