Rosebank Mall Tbash terrible service

Lunch time today (29 June 2023) my colleague and I went to the Rosebank Mall branch to get some of my favourites. I was serviced by T’bash and I’m afraid the service was repulsive. We were first not received courteously and was not friendly at all throughout placing our orders. He went on to give me a cold hot-chocolate. After telling him that it’s a sit in, he made us collect our food from the counter. Which has never happened to me ever since I started visiting the cafe brand back in 2015. He however was able to bring other guests’ food to their table with no issue. Such service is distasteful and I will never visit this branch again. You don’t know how to treat customers, change the attitude, perhaps you can learn a thing or two from the Calswald Lifestyle Centre branch in Midrand.
