****roach Infestation in Food Packages & Around Store

My partner and I went to the vida e caffè in Sunningdale and after waiting for about 30-45 mins for our full order, we found a ****roach in the bag that our food came in. We did not bother to inspect our food.

As we went to return it to the staff, we noticed at least 3 or 4 ****roaches crawling around on the counter and coffee machines. It’s obvious that the store has an infestation.

The staff were extremely busy and only managed to refund us R100 out of a total R323 that we spent in total. We were offered another meal by the staff but for obvious reasons we declined.

We are deeply disappointed and concerned for the rest of the customers that will be eating from the store until this problem is addressed. We will unfortunately never be returning.
