Received the wrong order

Very disappointed after we ordered on Uber eats and they did not give us the right order. Nobody called us to let us know that the smoothie machine was broken/out of order and yet you could still order those options. We ordered that for a pregnant lady who was not allowed to drink caffeine.

They just substituted the smoothie with a coffee that has gone to waste.

We are living in a new day and age. It’s time to catch up and adapt to deliver the best service to your costumers.
