Quality of service and bad merchandise

I ordered a latte and chocolate ****in. The ****in was dry and old and once i tasted it I went to the man behind the counter from whom i purchased the product from to tell him that I am disappointed in the product. The sales person did not allow me to finish lodging my complaint and dissatisfaction, but instead spoke loudly over my voice saying \it is not his fault that I chose a dry and stale ****in"and this is the first complaint about the company's ****ins and instead of listening to me attentively"
