Quality expected from Vida e Caffe !!!

Second time in two weeks that I bought the oldest and teribble tasting ****ins at Vida E Caffe. This.time it was at Canal Walk Service Station. I ask.them to warm it a little and it was still rock hard,could through someone with it. When I mentioned it the staff was not very helpful and had an attitude. I will never buy ****ins from any Vida e Caffe again! For that price we expect quality and that is not the case!!!!
