Poor service and spoilt Mother's day

I am very disappointed at the service I got at Vida e Caffe, boundary rd, East Legon, Accra Ghana. I went out on mother's for breakfast with my family. Placed order 10am and it took them 1h30 to make 3 English breakfasts. Note that people that came before us were served. There is some **************ary way of servicing. I complained but still too long. Then the bacon came burnt. They spoilt my mother's day especially since they were not sympathetic. I will never go there again. Actually I won't go to any other Vida e caffe including South Africa again.
