POOR SERVICE!!!!!

Good Day. <br> I would like to bring something to your attention. Yesterday I was at the Waterfront branch and experienced absolutely poor service by two of your employees. As I was with family, I requested to have our beverages seated. However, two of your employees claimed there were not enough mugs in order for this to occur. I did not understand how this was possible as you are a well established and professional entity who should have more than enough crockery. In any case, I gave in and decided to accept our beverages in takeaway cups. <br> Firstly, When our beverages were ready, your employee screamed at my family and me to fetch our beverages. I found this incredibly unprofessional and rude on his behalf. Secondly, when I went to fetch the beverages, he yelled the order back to me several times and displayed a high level of disrespect. I find this appalling. Lastly, two minutes after receiving our order, the customer who ordered directly after me was presented with their beverages in mugs to be seated. This just indicates that the employees at your store are incredibly lazy, disrespectful, ********* and display a poor degree of customer service. I urge you to address the situation.
