Poor hygiene practices, inconsistent standards!

Terrible hygiene practices! Dropping of standard's. I have been a customer for years, but of recent I was disappointed by the poor lack of hygiene practices, coming from Covid 19 and knowing there is still a virus out there, I ordered the mucho Lotus Bisocoffi hot beverage which is at the highest price possible of all the hot drinks and what I saw shocked me, the barista took a s**** that was lying in the sink with I guess what could be hot chocolate, opened the tap and start washing it with plain tap water s****ing the hot chocolate out with fingers then taps it in the dirty , then dips the s**** into the white hot chocolate tub takes a s**** and starts making the drink, to my shock I start see water dripping from his fingers into my hot drink , I had enough I politely told him this is not good hygiene practice and pointed out what he should be clearly seeing and not doing if he was trained on good hygiene practice, he then got a plastic s**** and made me another drink, too my irony I am now suffering with flu like symptoms immediately a day after. later I know I could have got it anywhere but really! I did not right the review at the stores review page as I do not want to get anyone fired , instead Vide E needs to step in and make sure all franchises follow good hygiene practices, another thing to mention the drink also has the crumbs added to end this was just 1 s**** hot chocolate, the syrup and hot milk with no biscotti crumbs.
