Points scanner doesn't work

The points scanner at the Vida E Caffe in the Shell garage in Melville does not work. I live in Aucklandpark, thus I have my coffee at that particular Vida regularly. The scanner doesn't work, leading the staff to asking for the code for purposes of uploading later... I am yet to be credited for the points that I have written. The latest code being ********** . This is unacceptable. The scanner needs to be fixed or the network issues sorted. It's long overdue and we have been patient enough.
