Pathetic service and competence

Over the past months and the last 4 weeks in dealing with cashier's and staff in general country wide from Mossel Bay to CT to the route to JHBnat the petrol stops, the competence and quality has been so poor. Wrong orders, don't listen, keeping having to repeat, long queues etc is a norm. Latest was South Downs in Centurion.
