Pathetic Service

Absolutely pathetic service

I had seen specials on the class shelves where the baguettes are kept one for a baguette a cold drink and a chocolate and another for 2 ****ins and a cappuccino. I had order one of each after standing there for about 10 min the manager had to be called because the special was not picking up on the till, whilst the manager came around the counter and looked at the special around 4 times i was patient and waited for my order once they had apparently sorted out the issue i proceeded to pay and asked the server to please toast the baguette for me as i was in a hurry now. still patient i had made my payment a amount of R78.90 for 2 specials i then proceeded to collected my order and nothing was prepared i have been here for 20min already and still had to wait another 10-15min for the toasting of the baguette and cappuccino i was still patient and told them to continue

after all was done i was told by the barista that the baguette i had toasted was not part of the special and it was a chicken baguette this was not stated on the special (filled baguette) i was in the shop for more than 30 min for 2 meals i then demanding my money back as this is ridiculous

I will never support this place again and have made all friend and family in the Community to no support either if there was less than a 1 star rating i would give it
