PATHETIC customer service Vida Lynnwood

Vida in Lynnwood is PATHETIC. Bought coffee twice for delivery in the last month and was spilled and was never replaced or refunded. I left it out of frustration. Now it’s the 2nd time again that I tried to buy coffee beans - the money was subtracted from my account from Uber Eats, and I only receive a message to say the order is cancelled. PATHETIC customer service. Pathetic.

And they don’t care one bit..
