Overpriced Food and Arrogant Managers

I am appalled by the way in which a recent visit to Vida E Caffe ended today at 2:05 - 14/10/2015 <br> <br> I purchased my usual coffee and decided to try the salads (Chicken and Cashew) for a chance.<br> On getting back to work I opened the salad and discovered , 3 cashews, limp and brown lettuce and 2 tiny pieces of feta, I was charged a whopping R45 for this. This is ridiculous and Vida should feel ashamed to charge that amount of money for a pathetic salad. I can get the equivalent at Woolworths around the corner and it would be twice the size and more to it.<br> <br> I then phoned the number on the till slip - Which was WRONG<br> <br> After searching for the number I got through to the Manager - Unathi - Berea branch on Problem Mkhize Rd<br> <br> I explained that I was very disappointed in what I had received and that the quality was not to standard.<br> His solution was to remind him when I was next in and he would get a salad for me!!! What a pathetic resolution and attitude. No apology or explanation provided. When I expressed how ridiculous his solution was he said nothing and said he didn't know.<br> <br> I proceeded to tell him I will report this bad service and he laughed.<br> <br> I will never eat at Vida E Caffe again.
