Out of stock and Pathetic attitude

Been to Gold Reef City Vidae Cafe twice now and they were offline. the staff was extremely rude saying they offline and could not assist, i asked her to take down the code and use it when the system was up again. she told me I told you its offline come back after 4pm. it was even 2pm at the time. Why must customers be turned away due to technical issues?we specifically went to Gold Reef to have Coffee, we selected discovery rewards for Vidae now we cant use them anywhere else.
