Open Coffee

On 28 June 2020 at about 17h00 I bought two grande cappuccinos at Roxys Surf Emporium,

Empire Building, Beach Road, Muizenberg.

I was served two cappuccinos with no lids. Your store had run out of lids for the paper cups.

This was a shocking experience since I had to walk about 50 meters with open cups

to my vehicle.

This, at a time when the Western Cape is at its peak, and most infectious period of the

Covid-19 Virus.

Had I been told there were no lids, I would not have exposed myself by buying the coffee.

To crown it all, my cups were filled with one third of milk foam and two thirds coffee.

I am a regular buyer of your coffee and at times would go out of my way to find a

vida e caffè.

I regard this as a serious matter especially in the light of covid19.
