Oil Soaked Awful Service

This morning i had the most horrible experience at Vida Caffe inside Shell Canal Walk. This particular Vida is my least favorite as the ladies who work there is not as friendly as the other Vida shop staff and i mostly get lukewarm coffee although i ask for extra hot.I go there as it is close to work. I ordered the Macon, egg, cheese toastie(i tried it once before and liked it). Firstly i had to wait for it to be toasted, i saw alot of other ppl who came after me got their toasties before me. When i asked where mine was i got no answer. When after probably +/- 8mins of waiting got it she apologised and i asked why i had to wait.She said she didnt hear my order and i asked why they didnt communicate this to me when i asked she just looked at me. When i got to the office and started to eat one slice of the toastie it was soaked in oil, the bread had oil on it, it was soo disgusting i threw it away. This was not the case when i ordered it the first time at this same Vida. I will not visit any other Vida again, this was the last straw. I will not pay for a oil soaked awful service sandwich again.
