NOISY RESTAURANT & BAD SERVICE

I unfortunately had a very unpleasant coffee at this coffee shop this afternoon. My friend and I were trying to have a conversation and could not hear ourselves for the noise the staff were making. We looked across at them several times. Surely they must have realised they were noisy. I find this unacceptable. Then after asking for the bill, the waitress very abruptly told us it was R45. When I asked her where the bill was she again said R45 in an unpleasant way, then she looked across at the man at the counter. I got up and went to the counter and asked for the bill where this man told me I would only get the bill once I paid. So I paid the R45 and got my bill. Every other coffee shop or restaurant I have ever been to has never operated like this. Which makes me think, was that R45 going into someone's pocket?? Needless to say I will NEVER go there again or recommend this establishment.
