mis conduct of the company

Good day Im writing this as a concerned parent. Iv got a kid who works for the biggest cooperate stores in Johannesburg , they work as a manager thr but as a company they haven't given him a salary increase. They went for training but the company hasnt reviewed the salary. What pains me as a parent is that our kids knock off late,at times but the company dsnt provide with transport these kids need to see how they get home. Its really disgusting seeing my childs pay slip at the end of the month, whr as the job tittlement still says Barista but working as a manager... wat shame is tht... vida cafe please stop playing with our kids... i dont need u to contact me. Im just name abd shaming u.?
