Making excuses instead of a Toastie
I ordered a Latte and a Chicken Toastie, when I got the Toastie, I checked the bag and it's all over the show, I raise it with the barista and told that that's the way it is because it's chicken mayo. I demanded another, which I got and it was perfect, so what excuses was that given to me?<br> Is that the quality all customer will get who don't say anything?
