At Vida paddocks, unfortunately the staff can't follow what order come in when, sitting for 35mim just to get a toasted quesadilla, when they serving 4 customers behind me their toasties and breakfast buns with 10mim tops. They clearly forgot about me and when asking, I hear it's on the way only to spot them grabbing two and starting the process. No apology, no hey here is a free cup of coffee as you have been waiting for nearly 40min. Terrible service and you need to explain what good customer service really is, its not about the waiting time, but look after the customer, show respect, even if they just buying an espresso for R20.
