I had a really unpleasant experience during my recent visit. The employee seemed completely unfami**** with the menu and was quite rude when I asked questions. On top of that, I witnessed the blender being washed with bare hands right in front of customers, which is extremely unhygienic. None of the staff were wearing gloves, and proper food handling practices were clearly not being followed. While making the drink, the employee’s hand actually touched the drink as she was trying to pour it into the cup — that's completely unacceptable. As for the drinks themselves, the Tiramisu Frioshake didn’t taste anything like tiramisu. It was just a plain chocolate shake. On a previous visit, I tried the Pistachio Latte and it was just as disappointing it tasted like a regular latte with no hint of pistachio at all. Overall, this place seriously needs to improve its customer service, hygiene standards, and drink quality. I won’t be coming back to Ermelo vida e caffè
