Hard, stale and sour toasted sandwiches, horrible experience!!!!

My friend and I went to the Vida E Caffè at Rivonia Village

I ordered the Pulled Beef Prego Focaccia, my meal tasted sour, the Focaccia bread was hard and the pulled beef looked minced and tasted horrible.

My friend ordered the Bacon, Mozzarella & Jalapeno toasted sandwich, the bread was extremely and complained that it didn't taste fresh.

For the amount we paid for the toasties this was a horrible experience and the staff need to ensure that the sandwiches served are fresh and not sour.
