Go to get coffee, life gets threatened.

If I could give a 0 star review to Vida E in Paarden Eiland I would. This morning I ordered my coffee as always, a Latte with almond milk, I am Vegan and thus I don't consume ***'s milk. For the second morning in a row, I received ***'s milk. Now, I'm not one to complain, but this is the 4th time this has happened to me at this branch. Even though I paid for something I did not receive, R8 additional charge, this isn't the worst part. Seeing as this has happened to be before, I had the good sense to stand and watch the barista make my coffee, I watched as he poured the milk into my coffee and gave it to me. I gave it back and told him I saw how he put ***'s milk in my coffee. I was then told that I don't know what almond milk was and that I am stupid while the other baristas came to his defense. Here is the kicker, he then said that he would **** me. I mean, wow, I call you out and my life gets threatened. This is unacceptable!!! A darn disgrace on the company and extremely offensive. I had no words to describe what I was feeling this morning. I'll warn all vegans, dairy intolerant people and those who just prefer a plant based milk, stay away! They are too lazy to rinse out their beakers to froth your milk, you will get ***'s milk in your coffee! Not to mention how rude the staff are!!!! ****** DISGUSTED!!!!!
